GitHub recently launched this feature so we can just fill the field and submit the issue

Problem to solve

• 100% better UX
• No need to remove the comments
• Looks good, just like a simple form

GitLab G&A could really use this. Is there anything we can do to bump this up in the priority list?

@gweaver is this in the plan at all for the coming year? Or something along this line?

@lisvinueza @dparker I'm not sure if it will look like that necessarily but we will be implementing Custom Fields (&235) in Q2 of this year.

Problem with form templates is that they are not enforcable which makes them constant maintenance pain. Forms solve this problem 100%.
