Issue/MR reference in sidebar is always truncated

I often use the "copy reference" clipboard link in the sidebar of an issue or MR when I need to link to it elsewhere, but I find the text that accompanies it less than useful. Since it includes the full namespace of the reference, it is pretty much always truncated with an ellipsis here:

I imagine this is the case for most projects which don't have a particularly short slug. While it's still nice to be able to copy the reference with the provided link, sometimes I would like to just be able to see the issue or MR number without scrolling to the top of the page. I wonder if there is a better way to accommodate this?

We could:

  1. reduce the font size
  2. move the reference to a new line following Reference:
  3. use a tooltip when this gets truncated that displays the full reference
  4. some combination of the above
