Use non-public email addresses from LDAP for EWM integration

Problem to solve

Large Starter customer reports (internal ticket) that EWM integration doesn't work with users (managed via LDAP) who haven't made their email address public.

Proposal

Improve the integration to (also, or configurably) use the email from LDAP.
