"Assign to commenting user" feature is unclear in its action

We recently added a feature where a user can quickly assign an issue to someone who commented on it through the comment's dropdown menu:

The first time I saw this, I wasn't clear what it would do after clicking. "Am I assigning the comment to the user?"

It may be clearer if we change the wording:

Assign issue to commenter

or

Assign this issue to @rspeicher
