Show Arguments On Pipeline For Manual Invocation

As a user, I want to be able to view what arguments a pipeline was manually started with, so I can more easily debug issues or see what I've previously executed or someone else has executed. Right now, it requires the pipeline itself to spew out what variables were set in the logs in order to obtain this information.
