Expose epic events in GraphQL API

Problem to solve

When using Group Migration and importing epics, imported data should include events as per #297465 (closed). This is currently not possible, since events are not exposed neither in GraphQL API nor REST API.

In order for migrated epics to be more 'complete' we need to expose events in GraphQL API (or REST API if GraphQL is not an option).
