Design: GitLab Developer Portal - Iteration 1

Problem to solve

For the Create a GitLab Developer Portal epic, we need to create an initial design.

Key goals:

• Make it clear that this is where developers/designers building on top of GitLab can find information, these are not user docs
• Organize the resources in to clear categories that make it scannable
• Provide access to all the resources needed to start working on GitLab

Target audience:

• Developers writing GitLab code
• Designers designing GitLab experiences
• Both GitLab Team Members and anyone from the broader community

Proposal

An initial mockup was added on the designs tab.
