Integrations save button does not work in Firefox

The “save changes” button on the page to edit an integration (e.g. https://git.example.org/…/-/services/slack/edit) works using Chrome/Edge but not Firefox. In Firefox, when clicked it will go into the progress state but will never resolve. There are no errors logged in the JavaScript console and no network requests are started.

This is a self-hosted GitLab Premium 13.7.4 server
