Add Ability To Remove or Change Redirects Created When Changing Namespace Paths

Currently when changing the path of a namespace, existing web URLs for the namespace and anything under it (e.g., projects) will redirect to the new URLs.

Problem to solve
When a redirect is created, it will be available as long as the original path is not claimed by another group, user or project. The only way to remove the redirect is to wait for the path to be claimed or to recreate the path and then remove it again.
Proposal
To resolve this issue, a Gold customer requested the ability to remove and/or change the redirect via the UI. This would include a UI feature that shows existing redirects and provides the user the ability to either remove the redirect and/or change the path of the redirect.
