Follow-up from "Rolldown issue and merge request templates in the group hierarchy"
Service Desk makes use of issue description templates, by allowing to pick issue description templates within project settings when configuring ServiceDesk settings.
However with introduction of inherited description templates and because ServiceDesk applies templates in an async fashion, ServiceDesk is not capable of using inherited templates as it would need to store the source project from where the template originates, as it is currently only capable of using templates from the project where ServiceDesk itself is enabled.
