Ability to Mark favorite environments

Problem to solve
As a user I want to select the most interesting environments and that this be persistent across the tool
Intended users
User experience goal
The user should be able to select the environments that he/she are interested in the environment list and/or dashboard
Proposal
Users should be able to mark (star) the environments on the environment list
This shall:
- bring those environments to the top of the environment list (sorted by last deployed to)
- Add those environments to the environment dashboard
