Clarify sample-gitlab-project wording to avoid people trying to start real projects from it

Hi @grantyoung 👋 We've received customer feedback (internal ticket), that the wording of the sample-gitlab-project template doesn't make it clear, that it's a demo/example, not one to actually start a real project from.

calling this a “Template” is again misleading. Better would be to say “Clone Sample Project”, not “Use template” in the activation button.

Should we maybe call it "demo" or similar, or rephrase its description?
