Restore backup from gitlab-ce installation to docker installation

Summary

I'm trying to move my gitlab instance from installation to an ubuntu vm to a docker version. The gitlab-rake gitlab:backup:restore BACKUP= doesn't want to work it fails

What I am doing to start docker gitlab-ce and add the backup as content

I have a docker-compose file with all the settings that I want to have my new instance then I am doing those commands

docker cp /backup/backups/1561936973_2019_07_01_11.10.7_gitlab_backup.tar gitlab_gitlab_1:/var/opt/gitlab/backups


docker exec gitlab_gitlab_1 gitlab-ctl stop
docker exec gitlab_gitlab_1 gitlab-ctl stop unicorn
docker exec gitlab_gitlab_1 gitlab-ctl stop sidekiq

docker exec gitlab_gitlab_1 gitlab-rake gitlab:backup:restore BACKUP=1561936973_2019_07_01_11.10.7

to do next?

No idea, I tried everything also while connecting to container's bash but still nothing as you can see from logs
