Docs feedback: explain how to disable auto closing of tickets

The manual page https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/issues/automatic_issue_closing.html seems to avoid explaining how this feature can be disabled.

I'm eager to learn how this auto closing feature can be disabled. Based on the narrative it sounds like GitLab has the ability to disable this behaviour, albeit temporarily, so it doesn't seem excessive to ask for the ability (and the documentation) to disable autoclosing of issues after a merging a pull request.
