Emoji reactions for comments in Design Management

Release notes

Users can now express their thoughts more creatively by adding emoji reactions to comments in Design Management. This feature adds a touch of fun and ease to collaboration, fostering better communication and enabling teams to provide quick feedback in a more expressive way. 🎨📝😄

We would like users to be able to award emoji to Annotations on designs.

This issue, therefore, represents the design and front-end work in order to

• allow the user to choose an emoji to give to ("award") an Annotation
• display the emojis awarded to Annotations
