copy_email_to_clipboard.vue we need to replace old css with a better appraoch

Currently, we are using the class hide-collapsed in copy_email_to_clipboard.vue. This is because it is dependent on issuable styles in the sidebar.

These should be replaced and restructured to use current gitlab utility classes, but this would require the collapsed mechanism of the sidebar to be reworked.
