Suggested title for new MR from helper URL

For Issue https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/growth/issues/82:

When attempting to create a new MR from a branch using the helper URL at the console after a git push, it generated an incorrect suggested title of Resolve "Allow Kerberos kinit to be used for the WebUI for ticket based auth" for:

https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/new?merge_request%5Bsource_branch%5D=82-add-new-onboarding-to-flipper-a-b-testing

where as it could / should have been: Add A/B testing support to onboarding

Whilst it's easy to update the suggested title, it's a bit confusing. I'm not exactly sure of the best way to fix this though..
