Update realtime_changes endpoint to be GraphQL one

New Bulk Imports realtime_changes endpoint was added as a regular rails route as part of !50762 (merged)

However, it would make sense to add it as part of GraphQL API, since we're GraphQL first company https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/graphql/#vision
