GitLab integration with Symphony

Following up on our initial meeting with @bjung we would like to partner with GitLab on developing an integration on the Symphony Collaboration platform. We have completed development on Phase 1 of the integration supporting notifications and actions to comment and assign issues. One issue we would like to discuss is application links being connected to a specific user. Our integration uses an application link and ideally, we would like this to be user agnostic so it is not deleted if a particular GitLab account is removed/deleted.
