Make comments searchable in MRs and Issues for Basic Search

Problem to solve

Basic Search does not currently search through the comments fields for issues and MRs. This Means that customers search for a detail left in the comment would need to search in the comment tab.

Proposal

When the project is specified, make search through the comment field and return the issue from the comment in the result set.
