In issue board change the behavior of the closed issues list

Problem to solve

I want to create an issue board with some milestones lists so I can dispatch easily my issues in the right milestone AND see the full list of issues (open and closed) of the current/previous milestones.

Currently the milestones lists are populated only with open issues.

For instance:

open	1.0 release	1.1 release	2.0 release	closed

If the current milestone is 1.1 release and 1.0 release is closed:

• 1.0 release list will be empty because all its issues are closed
• 1.1 release list will be incomplete because some of them can be closed (auto closed by the merge into master)

Intended users

Product manager (or everyone because it can impact any workflow)

Further details

I think the current behavior is not symetric : an open issue can be in the open list or in any list but a closed issue can only be in the closed list.

I love symetry.

Proposal

Allow to remove the closed issues list or allow to display the closed issues in any list
