Exploration of toggling preview for Source Editor

When editing Markdown files in the product (not the SSE), we should be able to provide the live-preview right away instead of switching between the tabs above the editor constantly switching the context.

To enable the live preview there is a keyboard shortcut but there should be something on the user interface to enable the toggling of the preview.
