Add documentation to debug Cert Manager for Kubernetes Integration
Problem to solve
Users can run into a variety of issues regarding failure to create a Certificate using Cert-Manager. We should have some docs that show the necessary kubectl commands to debug what cert-manager is doing on the cluster.
