Overview

What is it? Be able to transfer ownership of a project to a group you're not in or a person other then yourself Why should someone use this feature? As an admin in EE I have employees and contractors leave and their teams/coworkers aren't able to access their projects or take ownership over the code. What is the underlying (business) problem? People leave and don't pass on everything they were working on. How do you use this feature? I would use to transfer ownership of projects to other employees.
