Cannot connect repository to packigist

Summary

I am trying to setup a packagist integration for a specific public repository. I have entered my username and API key but when I test and save I get the following error:

Test failed. {"status":"error","message":"Could not find a package that matches this request (does user maintain the package?)"}

Steps to reproduce

• create new packagist account
• setup packagist integration for a public repository of which you are a project member
• click test and save button

What is the current bug behavior?

Test failed. {"status":"error","message":"Could not find a package that matches this request (does user maintain the package?)"}

What is the expected correct behavior?

connection with packagist is created
