Selecting pending comments does not works under "Show one file at a time"

Summary

Selecting pending comments does not works under "Show one file at a time" when the commented file is different from current viewing file.

Steps to reproduce

1. enable "Show one file at a time"
2. start review.
3. making comment on file A.
4. browser file B.
5. select pending comment of file A.

What is the current bug behavior?

Page will be scrolled somewhere but browsing file is not changed.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Browsing file changed to file A and scrolled correctly to comment.
