Summarize Zoom call in issue discussion
Problem to solve
An important part of incident management is continuous improvement to either prevent issues from happening again or make it faster to fix them in the future. In order to do this, the on-call team must create a timeline of events/actions that took place during response. If we can automate as much of this as possible, we can save our users time and make their on-call experiences better.
If they utilize synchronous conference calls during an incident, we want to detect when the call ends and add details to the issue discussion summarizing the call. This could be a system message or comment. It should contain notification that the call ended, duration, participants list, and a link to the recording, if applicable.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
As this is part of the issue discussion and will have no "clickable" aspects to it, there is no way to track interactions. We will use customer anecdotes/reviews to understand success and future iterations.
