GitLab 13.7.0 can't update or uninstall existing applications in Kubernetes

Summary

GitLab (version 13.7.0) can't update or uninstall one-click install applications because of the following error:

Error: error initializing: Looks like "https://kubernetes-charts.storage.googleapis.com" is not a valid chart repository or cannot be reached: Failed to fetch https://kubernetes-charts.storage.googleapis.com/index.yaml : 403 Forbidden

Steps to reproduce

Go to a Kubernetes cluster page, click in applications and try to update or uninstall an existing application.

What is the current bug behavior?

This is the message showed by GitLab when I tried to remove Tiller:

Checking the log, I found this error:

Error: error initializing: Looks like "https://kubernetes-charts.storage.googleapis.com" is not a valid chart repository or cannot be reached: Failed to fetch https://kubernetes-charts.storage.googleapis.com/index.yaml : 403 Forbidden

The same occurred when I tried to update GitLab Runner:

What is the expected correct behavior?

GitLab should update/uninstall the application correctly.
