Each time we submit a service ping we can collect information about the duration of the metric computation and the reason for failing.

• Collect information about metrics duration to generate
• Collect information about errors that could happen
• This information should be send form self-managed instances

Why

Metrics could fail in usage ping for self-managed instances and we don't know why we could see a -1
