Fork icon shrinks if branch name is too long

Summary

When I create a new branch with a very long name, the fork icon of the branch shrinks in size.

Steps to reproduce

1. Attempt to create a new branch via web UI with a very long name (example: "tester_in_chrome_with_so_very_long_name_tester_in_chrome_with_so_very_long_name_tester_in_chrome_with_so_very_long_name_tester_in_chrome_with_so_very_long_name_tester_in_chrome_with_so_very_long_name")
2. Go to Branches page

Note: I tried in Chrome and Safari, browser was at monitor full width.

What is the current bug behavior?

Search for the newly created branch on this page and observe that the fork icon shrinks in size compares to other branches.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Fork icon should not shrink.
