Allow users to manually remove items from Contributed Projects

Proposal

Currently, items cannot be removed from 'Contributed projects' in the user profile. This is harmful to developers who wish to remove any trace of past affiliations with... unsavoury projects from their user page.

There is a private mode, but it does not adequately solve the issue. It is essentially an all or nothing feature, as individual items cannot be erased from your contribution history.

I'd like to propose the ability to remove individual items of contribution history from your user profile, without needing to hide everything.

Short of closing my account with GitLab, I'm not sure what to do.
