Docs: refactor issues reference doc
From this discussion about https://docs.gitlab.com/ce/user/project/issues/issue_data_and_actions.html:
@Ravlen thank you for this! I made the old illustration myself, but I don't like it, it's pretty ugly... Do you have any ideas on how to get rid of this image?
@marcia I was aiming for an MVC update which just added the missing data, without changing the structure of the page. I've already blown up the issues documentation in the other MR and I am worried I'm going overboard with this, heh.
Thinking about it now, I'm not sure what the best solution is for this page. I think the information is important to collate together, but you are right that the massive image isn't really the best way.
How about skipping the huge image, and only adding images for things that are not labeled? For example, everything in the right sidebar is labeled, so those don't need images. Things like 15, 16, 18, 19 could use smaller images of just those sections (much like the images I added in this MR to show how the button options change).
18 and 19 could definitely use some more detail explaining what all the smaller buttons and icons are indicating. For exaple a pic including an open, closed, and merged MR. Pointing out the milestone, pipeline status, etc...

@rdickenson WDYT?
You're right @Ravlen, let's move this discussion to another issue. I agree with you; adding smaller images as needed might be the best way to resolve this. ;)
