Follow-up from "Prevent project's approval rules having same name"

    There's a minor UI problem here. The error appears at the top of the settings page and not in the rules modal, so it's not apparent that an error has happened while creating a rule. You have to scroll to the top of the page to see the error. See screenshot for illustration:
