Document disclaimer for Importers
Problem to solve
Group Import gets many requests and questions in Slack, as well as escalations from Support and Professional Services. Some of these questions stem from a lack of understanding of our Importers documentation.
All of our Importers list what they do import, with the assumption that anything not listed is not supported. However, this assumption is not always explicitly stated, which leads to the users assuming that a feature does more than described in the docs.
This applies to the importers listed here:
- https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/import/bitbucket_server.html
- https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/import/github.html

Proposal
Add a standardized block to each page disclaiming that anything not explicitly listed as being imported is not included in the import.
