Docs - product feedback: Deleting a User Account

It's really not appropriate that, when we delete a user account, it's various "associated records" are moved to a ghost user account and lose critical identity information, like the last display name. There are plenty of situations/reasons where we can't take a less destructive measure, like removing a user or removing permissions. For example, when I need to claim the same email on another account.
