Admin Area's *Gitaly Servers* list does not explain what "Up to date" means

Summary

The GitLab UI's Admin Area includes a list of the Gitaly Servers. As part of that list is a field titled "Up to date", and features either a solid green dot, or the stand-by symbol. The issue is that there is no description available of what "Up to date" means, nor any validation of the symbols' meanings.

Steps to reproduce

  1. In the GitLab UI, go to Admin Area > Overview > Gitaly Servers.

Suggestions

Add tooltips for each of the columns' titles, but at a minimum, for the "Up to date" column. The tooltip for the "Up to date" column should include a description of the status icons.
