Loading spinners look bad on solid color backgrounds

Often we use our new SVG loading spinners against a solid color button, and I think the colors are a bit jarring:

I would humbly recommend that we make the spinner white in instances like these. This may be as simple as a single CSS selector, but I have not looked into it.
