Add support for Thycotic Secret Server similar to what we have for Hashicorp Vault

Proposal

It could be done similar to what we did with Vault, as seen in this issue

Intended users

This feature will be used by automation developers who need to access secrets as part of their build and deploy process, providing a new and more secure way to do so.
