Remove serverless code from internal Pages API

  @tkuah can you please review this merge request ~"group::configure"-related merge request? I decided to comment out the code without removing all the related code because this feature might be still useful, I believe it has some potential :) Before we remove it completely, let's keep the Serverless code for a couple of releases.
