Make Pipeline widget collapsible in a MR

Problem to solve

We extensively use MR for code review and since we have a lot of deployments set-up we need to scroll a lot to the bottom of the MR to find the commits and changes.

Intended users

Everyone who uses MR would benefit.

Proposal

The Pipeline widget in a MR should be collapsible so that all the deployment environments are hidden. This will allow for a quick scroll to the bottom of the MR.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

The use should be able to fold and unfold the Pipeline widget in a MR, to hide and show the deployment environments defined for the project.
