Job is in pending state even after having active runner and online

Hi,

I have created Gitlab Project for Swift - IOS, done with complete setup and configuration with active runner on Mac OS, But I am unable to see my job running with the status "This job is stuck because you don't have any active runners online with any of these tags assigned to them: my-tags osx_10-11 xcode_7-2 ios_9-2 Go to Runners page" Please update me as in how to resolve the issue, as I have tried every possible solution for this.
