Add multiple cluster providers

Problem to solve

Organizations need to be able to create Kubernetes clusters on multiple clouds. We currently offer an easy way to create a cluster on GKE, but we also need to offer ways to create clusters on AWS, Azure, and Digital Ocean.

Ideally, we'd do this in such a way that other vendors could submit contributions to add support for their managed Kubernetes offerings. If not at release, then in subsequent iteration.

Add buttons or drop-down choices for EKS, AKS, and DigitalOcean Kubernetes.
