Increase limit on "when delayed" in gitlab ci yaml

Currently when: delayed has the limit of starting the job within one hour (start_in: 1 hour). I'd like that to be increased to a limit of one week. The use case I'm trying to account for is automatically deleting review apps after a week because we have review apps deployed to our kubernetes clusters that get forgotten about.
