Fix positioning of Help icons beside text

Summary

Help icons beside text are inconsistently position in a number of places in the app (two examples shown)

Improvement

Set standards:

• horizontal spacing between help icon and text it belongs to
• horizontal spacing between help icon whatever element follows it
• Make sure text and help icon are vertically aligned

Note: Consider using a font for the help icon to make this easier.
