Proposal

• GitHub has public events API here: https://api.github.com/events
• But GitLab also have events API, but they are only user/project specific: https://gitlab.com/api/v4/events (Only Authenticated Person can see it)
• So it would be great if GitLab has Public Events API

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

With the Help of GitLab Public Events API, we can have GitLab Archive like GitHub have their GitHub Archive.
