Enable notification on scheduled job start

Problem to solve

When I work in a environment with many projects, I may collide with scheduled jobs when creating manual ones, or doing something in the environment where job runs at.
I wish to have ability to notify about started scheduled job to avoid any conflict and be aware what is currently going on.

Proposal

It would be nice to have one more setting to fill under Integration/service configuration in project.
