In-product "Fix This" instructions MVC
Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.
Background
GitLab is an open-source project, meant to emphasize the read-write nature of digital content. The company tag-line is "Everyone can contribute."
Problem to solve
It's difficult to figure out how you can contribute to GitLab while using the product. Whether it is a minor typo in some copy, or adding a whole new feature that you wish were present. GitLab should solve the pain-point of that difficulty by providing some in-product direction for how and where to contribute to the portion of the tool you are using.
Intended users
All Users of GitLab - There is probably some consideration to be given for having the ability to enable in-product props for a contribution instead of them being on by default but we should test that.

Use Cases
- As a User of GitLab, in order to fix a typo or translation error in the GitLab UI, I should have quick access to a "fix something in the content of this page" link that enables them to find instructions for fixing it.
