Bug in Commit List when commit message is only emojis - Cannot access commit details page because no link exists

I had created a commit message earlier that was comprised entirely of emojis.

When I went to click on the commit in the commit list I was unable to do so since the emojis are not contained in an anchor element ( ).

When there is additional text, it is linked but the emojis are not.
