Specific search not working

Summary

I am performing a VLAN audit and therefore trying to search my a full repo for a specific term eg VLAN 10. When I search for VLAN 10 I also get results for VLAN 100 and VLAN 1000.

In the past I have had this working by searching "VLAN 10" and this returned just VLAN 10 results but this no longer seems to work. Have also tried 'vlan 10' and a few other search terms.

Steps to reproduce

Use the 'search or jump to' field at the top right hand side of the page. Enter a term you want to specifically search for. See if it brings up other results starting with your word/phrase.

Example Project

If you use the main search bar and search for "WAP" it will return a result for the project : Mitch / Mapbox-demo-projectbestanden

That project has WAPP in the description not WAP. I want to search just for a specific query.

What is the current bug behavior?

I get loads of results rather than just the ones I am looking for.

What is the expected correct behavior?

To just see results for WAP not WAPP
