Unable to change the branch name when commiting changes through Web IDE

Steps to reproduce

  1. Edit a file through Web IDE.
  2. Don't commit to master, create a new branch with a custom name instead.
  3. Check Start a new merge request option.
  4. Click on commit.

What is the current bug behavior?

I can't pass this modal:

What is the expected correct behavior?

After clicking on Create new branch I should be redirected to the New Merge Request page.
